Uma Subramanian shared with us the importance of values within organizations. During the workshop, we were able to exchange different ideas, we identified our most outstanding personal and professional values but above all, we were able to understand how values play a fundamental role within organizations and how having shared values drives business results and makes us grow as a company and professionals.
